Plays
Five strategies drawn from the recorded training. Each one screens the same inventory differently, because each is buying a different outcome. Choosing a play sets the filters and the expected result.
These are the practitioners' own strategies, reconstructed from the audio. Four of the five have no written source anywhere in the programme.
County research
The rules that matter are set county by county and mostly are not published. This is the call protocol, tracked. Every answered county improves the engine for every deal in it.
Markets
Where to work, before what to buy. The practitioners' selection rule is deliberately counter-intuitive: avoid the fastest-growing counties, because that is where the competition and the overwhelming inventory both sit.

Bid
What the auction actually pays. Interest accrues on face value only, never on premium, and in bid-down states the published rate is where bidding starts.
